Subject to payment, account standing, and compliance with VMS policies, VMS grants the customer a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use eligible VMS-generated output in physical products, finished digital end products, and the customer’s own marketing and business.
Customers may authorize contractors or production partners to use eligible output solely to manufacture or market the customer’s products.
Customers may sell flattened or finished digital end products that add meaningful creative value. Customers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or offer the raw VMS output or source file, isolated artwork, prompts, templates, design resources, or substantially equivalent asset as standalone stock or clip art, prompt packs, training data, or competing generator content.
AI output is non-exclusive. Similar output may be generated for others.
VMS grants only rights VMS can grant. No license is granted to third-party copyrights, trademarks, logos, characters, sports marks, celebrity likenesses, photographs, fonts, trade dress, publicity rights, or other protected material. Passing a VMS filter is not legal clearance.
Customers may not use VMS to request or reproduce unauthorized protected characters, brand logos, sports marks, celebrity likenesses, song lyrics, copyrighted text or artwork, counterfeit packaging, or other protected material in a manner that infringes third-party rights.
Customers may not evade rights safeguards through misspellings, code words, indirect references, or instructions to create “the same thing but legally different.”
Customers are responsible for their own commercial clearance, permissions, production testing, marketplace compliance, product safety, taxes, labels, and final goods.
Customers may not use VMS outputs, hidden prompts, platform documentation, or large-scale Service results to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or build a competing generative model or dataset without written permission.
Review before commercial use. AI output may contain errors, similarities to other content, or third-party rights issues. VMS does not provide trademark clearance or guarantee copyright protection. You are responsible for final review, permissions, machine and material testing, and the products or files you sell.
