Basic includes 5 GB. Premium includes 10 GB.
Saved Designs are permanent customer-requested project records subject to active storage quota. A project may include source art, saved or final art, exports, PDFs, and related mockups. Project grouping uses an internal immutable project ID rather than the customer-facing filename.
Recovery is a separate temporary 7-day safety layer and does not count against permanent storage quota.
When over the permanent storage limit, existing designs remain accessible. The customer may view, search, download, rename, and delete, but may not make a new permanent save until usage is below the limit or additional storage is available.
Canceling a Boost stops future renewal at the applicable effective date. Existing designs are not automatically deleted because the future quota decreases. The Account page shows current usage, future limit, and effective date.
When paid Studio access ends, the customer receives 30 days of Storage-only access to existing saved designs for download, rename, and deletion. Studio generation tools and new permanent saves are unavailable.
After that period, access ends. Production automatic purge is currently disabled; VMS may later delete stored data in accordance with the published retention policy and applicable law.
