Studio plans
- Basic Monthly — $31.62/month, 80 monthly credits, 5 GB base storage
- Premium Monthly — $47.43/month, 160 monthly credits, 10 GB base storage
- Basic 3-Month — $90.12 every 3 months, 80 credits released each monthly service period
- Basic 6-Month — $170.75 every 6 months, 80 credits released each monthly service period
- Premium 3-Month — $135.18 every 3 months, 160 credits released each monthly service period
- Premium 6-Month — $256.12 every 6 months, 160 credits released each monthly service period
There is no annual plan.
Monthly Subscription Credits do not roll over, expire at the end of the applicable monthly service period, are nontransferable, and are separate from Purchased Credits. Blocked requests and verified technical failures should not consume a generation credit; if a credit is incorrectly consumed, the remedy is credit restoration.
Purchased Credits

Purchased Credits are one-time purchases, granted after successful payment, do not expire under the current launch policy, are separate from monthly credits, do not independently provide Studio access, and are consumed after monthly Subscription Credits.
All purchased credit bucket prices are tax-inclusive and include applicable Texas state and local sales tax calculated under the 20% data processing services exemption. Tax is collected at purchase.
Storage Boosts
- +5 GB — $3.15/month
- +10 GB — $5.26/month
Storage Boosts are monthly recurring add-ons regardless of whether the Studio plan is monthly, 3-month prepaid, or 6-month prepaid. The full monthly price is charged when added with no day-proration, and full capacity is granted immediately.
All Storage Boost prices are tax-inclusive and include applicable Texas state and local sales tax calculated under the 20% data processing services exemption.
Plan changes
Upgrade Now: $15.81 due today, exactly 80 additional Subscription Credits, Premium access immediately, no remaining-month multiplier, and the next renewal follows Premium pricing for the customer’s cadence.
Upgrade Next Cycle: $0 today. Basic continues through the current paid term and Premium begins at the next renewal.
Permitted downgrades take effect at the next renewal. There is no immediate refund-style downgrade and current-term credits or features are not removed retroactively.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected cadence unless canceled. VMS intends to send a renewal reminder approximately 48 hours before renewal through email and account or login notification.
There is no general voluntary-cancellation refund. Cancellation stops future renewal. Paid Studio access continues through the end of the already-paid term unless non-waivable law requires otherwise. Unused monthly Subscription Credits are not refunded merely because the customer cancels or does not use them.
Failed renewal
A failed recurring renewal starts a 7-calendar-day grace period to correct payment. If payment is not recovered by the end of grace, the subscription and Studio generation access end and the 30-day Storage-only period begins. Monthly Subscription Credits are excluded from refund. Eligible unused separately Purchased Credit bucket balances enter the approved refund process. The customer may later resubscribe; then-current pricing applies if prices changed after termination.
The failed-payment grace period is not a voluntary refund window. Credits remain available unless and until the corresponding Square refund completes safely.
Billing errors
Confirmed duplicate charges, erroneous charges, unauthorized charges handled under applicable processor or law rules, and charges after a valid cancellation effective date will be investigated and corrected as appropriate. Confirmed duplicate charges are refunded through the applicable Square process.
Technical generation-credit disputes use credit restoration rather than a cash refund. Submit a Help Desk ticket and manual review for a technically failed generation.
